Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, supervising and consulting on logistics. Management Warehouse and Finish goods Warehouse achieve the goals and align with company policy.

Key Accountabilities:

Define and supervise the storage, management, finished goods, materials, control parts and operation of employees in the warehouse department to comply with the quality management system and in accordance with the company policy.
Control and manage the storage area for maximum efficiency (WH Utilization) and area classification. The management of the environment, cleanliness and standards of packaging to meet the quality management system.
Manage the receipt ship products control parts and supplies for accurate and on time delivery for delivery to the production process and delivery to customers. (OTIF)
Monitor and control the preparation of reports and movements finish goods, materials, equipment, control parts, according to the system to bring information in real time, It is the center of accurate and fast information distribution.
Supervise about finish goods, materials that the Quality Assurance Department for special control under the Quality Management System
Control finish goods, control parts, supplies follow up and solve the problem.
Control / Coordinate importexport activity.
Supervise the behavior of subordinates who are exposed to the risk of substance abuse and safety in work.
Monthly and Yearly stock counting preparation. (Stock count accuracy)
Continuous improvement in KPI relate to Safety, Quality, Deliver, and Cost
Follow the policy corporate with objectives Include compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety policy and other rules of the company strictly.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Logistics or related field
At least 5 years experienced in warehouse and industrial warehouse management
Computer skill Microsoft Office / Word / Power Point / Excel / Open Office, SAP will be advantage.
English skill
Improve works process to increase the efficiency of the Logistics.
