Job summary
You will be the Food & Beverage leadership expert driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects from business planning organizing operations administration.You will manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve budgeted revenues profit food & beverage costs whilst maintaining food and beverage quality.
A strong commercial acumen is required for you to drive achieve targeted revenues by implementing creative promotional activities driving awareness through social media fostering a focus on results achievement within your team.
