    Job Purpose

    Operate the end-to-end product development process to deliver cost-effective, food-safe, and operationally efficient product solutions that support the company's brand strategies and production capabilities across domestic and international markets

    Job Description (Accountability)

    Product Development Planning
    1.1 Design and analyze efficient product development processes with the lowest possible cost and resources to align with production capacity.
    1.2 Analyze and assess the readiness for product development by considering the company's goals, plan product trials to obtain raw materials, machinery, equipment, labor, and processes that align with the assigned development tasks.
    1.3 Coordinate internal and external product development activities to gather information for developing products that meet customer needs and expectations.
    1.4 Plan the operations to align with work standards, critical requirements, and establish performance indicators.

    Cost & Expenses Management
    2.1 Design and analyze suitable raw materials to achieve cost-effective product costs.
    2.2 Implement policies and plans to prepare for the development process.
    2.3 Design and analyze product costs to plan efficient product development with the lowest cost.
    2.4 Calculate product costs to plan development that achieves efficiency, low cost, and aligns with customer requirements.

    Work Control
    3.1 Control product development to meet customer expectations within the planned goals, costs, and expenses.
    3.2 Control operations to meet work standards and critical work requirements.
    3.3 Jointly adjust the development plans if production factors do not align with the planned schedule to achieve the development goals.
    3.4 Prepare documents related to development and production.

    Experience

    5 years up of experience in product development within the food or agricultural industry.

    Knowledge

    Knowledge of production technology and product development
    Knowledge of planning and strategy development
    Knowledge of product cost management in terms of raw materials, production, and sales

    Basic computer programs

    Analytical and problem-solving skills
    Time, project, and budget management
    Coordination and collaboration
    Ability to work under pressure
