    Description

    Key Responsibilities *

    1. Technology Project Management

    • Lead treasury-related projects including system implementation, upgrades and regulatory changes.
    • Define project scope, timeline, budget, and success metrics.
    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation review.
    • Ensure projects comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

    2. Treasury System Management

    • Own and manage treasury systems.
    • Ensure system stability, performance, scalability and high availability (BAU support & incident management).
    • Oversee system maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, patches and vendor releases.
    • Act as system owner for treasury platforms, including access control, user support, and system governance.

    3. Business & Technology Partnership

    • Act as the main liaison between Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operation, IT and vendors.
    • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
    • Support new product launches, regulatory changes, and business expansion initiatives.
    • Coordinate UAT, Regression testing and production release.

    4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Manage external technology vendors, service providers and implementation partners.
    • Oversee vendor, service provider and partner performance, SLAs, contract deliverables, and cost control.
    • Coordinate with internal IT teams (e.g. cybersecurity, data, enterprise architecture etc.).

    5. Governance, Risk & Compliance

    • Ensure treasury systems comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, controls, and system evidence.
    • Maintain proper system documentation, SOPs, and change management records.
