Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sale-engineers role and responsibility to promote automation business in assigned customers/industry (Automotive Business Unit) to achieve sale revenue and profit.
- Take responsibility on individual target to reach sale budget and KPI assigned by month, quarter, year.
- Make sale plan and implement account sales teams following industrial strategy, tactics and directions.
- Responsible for base/solutions and services sale with clear target.
- Commit to standard sale activities with consistent customers visit, call, demonstration and presentation.
- Commit to follow PDCA implementation to ensure performance and efficiency.
- Promote account planning as the core of sale operation with key customers coverage as a part of GIS (Global Industry Strategy) implementation
Job Requirements:
- High Vocational Degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical degree (Bachelor Degree of Engineering is preferred)
- Proven 3-5 years of sales experience in industrial automation and related field.
- Knowledge of industrial technology such as automation, robots, vision systems and key products such as sensors, temperature control and components.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
