As a Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) Manager, you serve as a reliable and consulting partner, making sure that the business' objectives are reinforced by innovative Digital, Data & IT products, and projects.
You are for making sure that DDI is represented in relevant stakeholder and management forums in the affiliate.Specific duties include, but not limited to:
- Serve as trusted and consulting partner, making sure that the business' objectives are carried by innovative Digital, Data & IT products and projects, accountable for making sure that Data Digital and IT is represented in relevant stakeholder and management forums in the affiliate, to be able to provide value adding and timely advisory
- Own the local implementation of Digital, Data & IT activities and projects across functions by crossfunctional collaboration with local digital colleagues, managing changes when necessary and Identifying opportunities to help business growth and needs across the value chain.
- Able to bring together Global IT and IO capabilities to create sustainable and scalable solutions that are aligned with NN ecosystem, providing solutions and/or improving business processes, aligned with local business needs to ensure user satisfaction
- Support in driving master data management initiatives and implementing sound infrastructure to support a data driven organisation and business analytics, and coownership of user adoption in collaboration with Commercial Excellence to meets the business' expectation to secure benefit realisation by continuously monitoring the local user adoption level within the digital product portfolio and initiate activities if necessary
- Having a broad insight into the value chain in the Thailand Affiliate and recognize where to assist and provide advisory for example act as advisor and facilitator for Line of Business on IT risk assessments of new solutions being considered, counselling LoB on how to complete risk evaluations based on the considered solutions.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science, Statistics & Econometrics OR Advanced degree preferred (MDs, MBA) ideally within IT strategy and Advanced Analytics
- A minimum of 35 years of Digital consultancy related experience with 3 years of project management and Digital/Data/IT/Business management related experience are required, preferring work in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Basic knowledge of SAFe and the agile framework are required and Novo Nordisk introduction to SAFe training
- Experience establishing working solutions using Digital platforms and Advanced Analytics to inform actions by Sales and Marketing teams is preferred (e.g. Next Best Action programs, Marketing Mix Modelling, Digital platforms to engage with customers)
- Fluent in oral and written English and Thai
