Job Description:
- To be responsible for the daily supervision of the restaurant, concentrating on service procedure and quality of product.
- Assist the manager in preparing weekly and monthly revenue forecast for the restaurant
- Assist the manager in the development of the annual business plan and budget, use this as a guideline to control the expenses during the financial year.
- Adhere to the departmental budget through the efficient inventory controls.
- Be proactive in controlling the costs being fully aware of forecasted business and targeted profitability whilst maintaining standards.
- To liaise with housekeeping and engineering regarding the upkeep, repairs and maintenance of all furniture, fixtures and operating equipment.
- To conduct training and skills development programs, to ensure welltrained staff offering excellent service to the

- To maintain breakage prevention program designed to minimize breakage of operating equipment, and to liaise directly

- To be familiar with emergency and first aid procedures.

- Needs to assist to Banquet if business needs requires.
- The assistant restaurant manager will carry out additional tasks and all other duties assigned to him diligently and to the best of his/her abilities, always maintain a high standard of food and beverage service.
- To wear the company's uniform and name badge.
- To be familiar with emergency, safety and accident procedures.
- To report all accidents and safety hazards.
- To behave at all times in a manner which projects a good company image to staff and guest alike, and ensure a safe, hygienic working environment.
- Must follow the grooming standard of the hotel all times.

- Must possess a high energy level and have stamina to accomplish tasks and projects under pressure of time.
- Must possess a sound level of knowledge of informal and formal Restaurant operations, procedures and menu format.
- Needs to be scheduled for duty at any needed time of operation.
