Aung Zin Phyo

               My name is Mr. Aung Zin Phyo. I am an experienced and proficient Mathematics Teacher. I graduated from a University of Education. Throughout the course of my career, my passion about Mathematics has somewhat enhanced my abilities in producing the students who are genuinely good at Mathematics. Not to mention, since I am good user of Technology, I can integrate teaching with modernized technologies to be more productive in teaching. As I always get along with anyone in my previous organization, I believe that my interpersonal skill is relatively high enough to deal with anyone in any new communities. I assert that my communication skills especially with the students will definitely raise the students' willingness to learn up to some extent. Most importantly, I am not just passionate about Mathematics; I have a high capability of doing and teaching Mathematics more than anyone expected.

• Prepared the lesson plans and set up the exam questions to meet the required standards

• Participated as a MC in “Fun with Math” activity in 2023-2024 academic year and as an active member in organizing “Math Quiz” activity in 2022-2023 academic year under the guidance of respective Division Head and Mathematics Department Head
• Contributed to the students as an instructor in both outdoor and indoor camping activities
• Supervised two teams of students for STEAM projects
• Established a new method of teaching and assessing the students’ performance online
• Used more educational websites as the teaching media since the classes were conducted online
• Enhanced some more computer skills needed for lesson preparation, teaching and reporting
• Coordinated with parents and guardians to enhance children’s learning ability and outcomes
• Assisted lead teachers with lesson planning and delivering it to the students in the productive ways
