I have worked as a university tutor, a community facilitator in tourism development, a business development officer, and as the founder of a non-profit charity organization. My expertise lies in project management, strategic planning, communication, and fundraising. However, I am eager and prepared to take on something new. 

Teaching Assistant (Department of International Relations Studies), Yogyakarta Indonesia, Islamic University of Indonesia, (Jan 2018 - Jun 2020).

• Organized and distributed learning materials, homework, textbooks and classroom supplies on Google Classroom and using game-based for teaching purposes.
• Provided academic support and guidance to 30 students, giving tutoring upon student request, both in international and regular programs. 
• Assessed student work and provided feedback on students’ academic performance through weekly group discussions on mid-term and final-term examinations, both oral and written. 

Business Development Officer, Yogyakarta Indonesia, PT. Erporate Solusi Global (Aug 2018-Jan 2020).

• Collected and inserted potential clients to the database (data entry), at least 200 new clients a day. 
• Performed outbound marketing calls to at least 100 contacts a day, both in Indonesian and in English.  
• Analyzed and assessing sales performance in weekly meetings. 
• Wrote promotional articles biweekly. 

Community Facilitator (Team Leader), Yogyakarta Indonesia, Korea International Cooperation Agency-Sungkonghoe University Islamic University of Indonesia (Sep 2015 – Feb 2017)

• Assessed village tourism potential through interviews and questionnaires with the community.
• Planned a program through meetings through a bottom-up participatory model and gender-based analysis together with villagers and village stakeholders. 
• Make a budget details for the program.
• Carried out a flower chips program, the process included production, promotion and sales beyond village scope.  
• Evaluated and assessed the program outcomes and wrote a final report to hosting institutions. 

Founder & First Head of Sedekah Sekitar, Yogyakarta, Sedekah Sekitar (Non-profit charity organization) (Jan 2016 – Jan 2017)

• I established this organization with the rationale that Indonesians tended to donate to people in far away places, however the number of low income people in nearby places was pervasive. Hence I aimed to donate and help people nearby, Sedekah means charity and sekitar means nearby, in nutshell it aimed to help low-income people nearby. 
• Led and supervised the conduct of all initiatives and program implementation of the organization, through democratic process, in at least 20 villages in Yogyakarta.
• Designed fund-raising programs, developed fundraising strategies and initiatives, organizing events, and seeking out donations from individuals for instance weekly collection and sales of second hand goods.
• Designed outreach programs to raise awareness of social issues and promotion through outreach and advocacy efforts for instance hosting seminars and Instagram & Facebook outreach. 
• Designed programs to strengthen members consolidation, working with several head divisions, managed to gather 100 members, mostly young students. 
• Survey and conducted pre-assessment of the targeted population for donation in the form of clothes, money or basic staples.
