HABIB UR REHMAN

Hello, my name is Habib ur Rehman, and I am now residing in Thailand. I have received a PHD in Mathematics from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, and I also worked as a postdoctoral researcher for a year following graduation. In addition to my academic education, I worked as a researcher at KMUTT Fixed Point Lab for the previous four years, where I polished my research skills. Now, I'd like to use the skills and knowledge I gained there to apply to your institution as a lead teacher. I also have three years of experience teaching mathematics to high school, college, and undergraduate students. That experience taught me that in order to get students to study and comprehend mathematics, I had to explain the concept and apply it to real-life problems. This experience has given me the opportunity to connect with and support students of all levels in their classes and activities. As a passionate teacher, I am committed to encouraging young minds to grow and accomplish. I am confident that my research background and teaching style would benefit your institution.

1. Post-doctoral Fellowship (Jun 2021 — Dec 2022) - RIPO KMUTT Department of Mathematics, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Bangkok 10140, Thailand.

Responsibility: The aim of this research is to develop/construct algorithms for solving equilibrium problems with the application by means of extension (i.e., extending methods for variational inequality problems to solve equilibrium problems) or modification (i.e., modifying existing iterative methods for solving equilibrium problems with the aim of improving their numerical performance and retaining all their nice properties by using subgradient and inertial techniques)

2. Research Assistant Program Department of Mathematics, Ataturk University, 25030 Yakutiye, Erzurum, Turkey (Feb 2021 — Aug 2021)

Responsibility: The main responsibility is to do research and develop novel iterative methods for solving variational inequalities, fixed point problems, and equilibrium problems.

3. Lecturer in Mathematics Nov 2015 — Dec 2017 (Part Time) Institute Of Professional Studies IPS Sangla Hill - EduVision, opposite Hill park, Sangla Hill, Nankana Sahib, Punjab, Pakistan.

Responsibility: My primary responsibility is to teach calculus, algebra, linear algebra, group theory, and topology to undergraduate students

4. Lecturer in Mathematics (Oct 2015 — Jan 2018)(Full Time) Government Islamia Graduate College, Shahkot Sangla Hill Road, Sangla Hill, Nankana Sahib, Punjab, Pakistan

Responsibility: My primary responsibility is to teach college students, for whom I create lesson plans and quizzes. Furthermore, I interact with students, teach them fundamental or applied knowledge, and assist them in their learning process.
