Position: Supply Chain Management

- Controls and support team for all logistics (Import,

Export, Store)

- Knowledge about e-PP system for IEAT benefit.

- Prepare the document for import shipment and

submit the document to IEAT system for import machines,

raw material etc.

- Compare freight costs for imports and exports.

- Submit the document to IEAT about import and

export shipment.

- Coordinate freight forwarder, courier, shipping for

import and export.

- Checking import entry and export entry for

clearance shipment.

- Submit the document for process AI Form

- Booking courier (DHL and FedEx)

- Negotiate freight cost of logistics department

- Control raw material in store and prepare parts to

production for process.

- Prepare invoice and packing list for export and

submit the document to IEAT.

- Update all import shipments with freight cost,

clearance cost and send report to account.

- Update all export shipments and expenses for

export.

- Check all invoice for freight, transport costs, shippingcosts and submit to Account department.

- Daily update Inventory stock

- Follow up material with suppliers

- Coordinate whit customers for delivery plan and

support as per customer request

- Coordinate with production team about customer

delivery plan

- Setup format for control all customer PO

- Daily sale report to management

- Monthly report on IEAT System

- Monthly report on i-INDUSTRY System

HR department

- Knowledge about renewing visa and work permit

under IEAT Free Zone(e-PP) and BOI System (Single

Window)

- Renew 90 days for foreign employees

- Improvement factory

- Recruitment

- Scrap process on i-INDUSTRY System
