I have extensive experience in the hotel industry, having worked across various departments including sales, marketing, service centers, reservations, and front office operations. This diverse background has provided me with a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to adapt to different roles seamlessly.

Throughout my hotel experience, I have honed my skills in interacting with high-end clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care. My experience on the front lines has taught me how to effectively solve problems in real-time, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and to the client's satisfaction.
