Positive thinking quick witted, committed and professional maintenance manager with leadership and strong communication skills, specializing in engineering and maintenance management with over 17 years of experiences. I have operated through a lot of modern maintenance methods, eg; predictive maintenance, proactive maintenance, reliability centered maintenance, including total productive maintenance, moreover experts in the field of implemented use computerized maintenance management software. 

    And during my career l have had many solutions for solving problems immediately about maintenance management, capacity in the familiar with in various, such as spare parts control and annual maintenance budget management, including machine design, machine installation, robot automation, project management, building new plant. And so on. 

   By the way I have a lot of passion in the field of work. And I have motivation to learn in advance about new technology of my career. In addition, I so much enjoy working with foreigners and training my subordinates to work better with the team.
