- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Proficiency in system architecture, business processes, and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting experience, including full-cycle implementation.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver successful outcomes.
