HCM Presales Consultant - Bangkok

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead product demonstrations across Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, etc.)
- Translate customer requirements into solution design, demo flow, and use cases
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand HR processes and business needs
- Act as a subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle
- Support RFI/RFP and present solutions to stakeholders (HR, IT, Management)
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions
- Facilitate workshops, deep dives, and product discussions with clients
- Manage and enhance demo environments, scripts, and presentation materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- 3–7 years experience in Workday, HRIS, or HCM solutions
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM or similar platforms
- Experience in product demo, workshop, or client presentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Workday Certification (HCM or related modules)
- Experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / SI environment
- Understanding of SaaS sales cycle and RFI/RFP process
- Experience in HR transformation or process improvement
- Knowledge of Workday Extend, Adaptive Planning, or Integrations
