Job summary
Coordinate and manage all import processes including shipment bookings customs clearance and inland transportation. Prepare and verify import documentation such as invoices packing lists bills of lading and certificates of origin.Liaise with customs brokers freight forwarders shipping lines and government authorities to ensure timely release and delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of all import activities cost control data and vendor performance.
Support procurement and planning teams with lead time information and inventory accuracy.
