Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangkok for a Commis Chef at Mimosa Modern Italian Restaurant.
The Commis Chef will assist in preparing and cooking food under the guidance of senior chefs while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
Responsibilities include basic food preparation, assisting with kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop culinary skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.Qualifications
Food Preparation and Cooking skills to handle a variety of ingredients and follow recipe instructions with precision.
Culinary Skills and knowledge to consistently create high-quality dishes with attention to technique and presentation.
Understanding of Hygiene practices and compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Effective Communication skills to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or completion of a culinary course, with a passion for Italian cuisine being a strong advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant schedule.
