- Assortment planning, selection, and allocation based on sales demands, analysis of consumer buying behavior, competitor movement, and predicting future trends.
- Preparing Sell-through reports by weekly and monthly.
- Preparing required product reports monthly such as Month of Supply by stores Report, Sell-through report, and etc.
- Preparing product knowledge by collection to Vans teams and Sales staffs
- Monitor sell-through and control stock levels to ensure effective brand performance.
- Analyzing sales and product performance with regular report to management.
- Conduct brand and seasonal product training for retail staffs and wholesales partners.
- Working closely with VM team to ensure that merchandising and product display match with the brand guideline.
- Working co-ordinately with Sales team for gathering customers' data from Sales staffs to allocate products properly to those particular stores
- Working co-ordinately with Landlords on providing input master products data for Landlord's systems
- Tracking the delivery of stocks to ensure that products arrive on-time and meet quality standards.
