Job summary
Lead daily finance operations including accounting cash flow AP/AR treasury and tax Ensure accurate timely month-end quarter-end year-end closings Strengthen maintain internal controls aligned with corporate regional policies Identify manage financial risks ensuring full compliance local regulations global standards Prepare accurate financial reports dashboards variance analyses performance reviews local regional stakeholders Consolidate reporting requirements submit timely reports regional group finance Provide financial insights strategic analysis support growth operational efficiency Lead annual budget process recurring forecast cycles Work functional leaders create strong data-driven financial plans business goals Monitor performance budget provide recommendations improve results Manage coach develop finance team drive high performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance related field Master's preferred Professional certifications such as CPA CPD are a strong advantage Minimum 15 years progressive finance experience at least 5 years leadership managerial role Experience multinational company environment required Ability work effectively overseas teams multicultural environment High attention detail sense ownership Good English both written verbal
