- Design and implement finance operations and reporting systems from scratch
- Build short- and long-term financial models aligned with our R&D, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy
- Translate lab-to-market business logic into clear financial forecasts
- Own budgeting, cash flow management, scenario planning, and financial health indicators
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Present financial reports and insights to senior management and shareholders, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for current and future investors
- Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Support future fundraising by developing pitch deck financials, data rooms, and due diligence materials
- Work with product, warehouse, and supply chain teams to align inventory levels with demand planning
- Monitor COGS, margins, and supply chain risks; implement cost control initiatives
- Optimize working capital and cash tied up in stock, R&D, and warehousing
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial governance
- Partner with external accountants or auditors on regulatory filings
- Oversee POS updates, reimbursements, payroll, and cost tracking processes
- Manage (or help hire) a small finance or accounting support team as we grow
- Work closely with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and brand to align on company-wide financial goals
- Support SOP creation for purchasing, procurement, payroll, and more
- 5+ years in a finance role
- Experience in a consumer product, skincare, cosmetics, healthcare, or wellness startup
- Prior work in early-stage or research-led companies is a major plus
- Strong in financial modelling, investor presentations, and operational finance
- Native Thai
- Full Working Proficient English
