Job Advertisement – Admin Team Leader

(Finance, HR, Tax & Administration – Thailand & Overseas Entities)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Scope: Thailand HQ + Branches in Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Australia (remote presence)

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall Finance & Accounting operations (Thailand & overseas entities) – accounting entries, payments, invoicing, reconciliation, and year-end closing.
Prepare and review HQ reporting: monthly staff cost analysis, headcount movement, P&L tracking, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting.
Oversee Taxation & Statutory filings: VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax, and ensure compliance with BOI–IBC requirements.
Supervise Payroll & Employee compliance: payroll disbursement, social security, provident fund, and reconciliations.
Manage Assets, Prepaid expenses, and Leases in SAP, including registration, depreciation, and reconciliation.
Advise and review Procurement & Corporate documentation for local and overseas business registrations.
Act as key contact for Governance & Audit with external auditors, ensuring compliance with HQ and Thai regulations.
Provide leadership across Finance, HR, and Administration, ensuring strong internal controls and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting (including supervisory/leadership role).
Strong knowledge of Thai Revenue Code, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Experience with HQ consolidation reporting and multi-entity operations.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent English communication skills; ability to work with regional/global HQ.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
