    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Join our dynamic TA team at Pandora, where we're not just filling roles, but crafting an incredible future for our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in bringing exceptional talent on board, all while embodying our Employee Value Proposition – "Craft the Incredible.". We want you to bring your expertise, knowledge, ideas, entrepreneurial spirit, and experience to make a significant impact, and help build and shape Talent Acquisition.

    KEY OBJECTIVES:

    Reporting to the TA Manager/Director, you'll be at the forefront of the Talent Acquisition process, orchestrating a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates and championing our unique EVP.

    KEY DUTIES:

    Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their needs, creating personalized recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.

    Sourcing Excellence: Utilize your creativity and resourcefulness to identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels. Whether it's crafting compelling job descriptions or tapping into your network, your sourcing game is on point.

    Interview: Coordinate and conduct interviews that go beyond the resume, assessing cultural fit and potential for growth within our organization.

    Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued and supported throughout the recruitment process. From the first interaction to the final offer, you'll be the guide creating a memorable journey.

    Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to optimize and refine our recruitment processes. Your analytical mindset will help us continually improve and adapt to the ever-evolving talent landscape.

    Brand Ambassador: Be the face of Pandora, both internally and externally. Attend events, network, and represent us with pride, showcasing why we are the employer of choice

    Qualifications;

    • Educated to Bachelor Degree Level
    • 3 to 5 years+ Recruitment Agency / In House Talent Acquisition
    • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
    • Be Digitally savvy and Change agent
    • Trust and integrity with good emotional intelligence
    • Confidence to challenge the status quo in a professional manner,
    • Good understanding of employer branding and the role that TA and Social Media channels play in this,
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with successful track record
