About the Role:

Bizmoni is looking for a ATS Automation & Integrations Specialist (Manatal) to optimize and automate our recruitment workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and scaling Manatal to streamline hiring operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience.

You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure Manatal is leveraged to its full potential. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining recruitment knowledge with automation and system thinking.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, implement, and manage automated recruitment workflows using Manatal.
  • Partner with TA and HR teams to identify automation needs and process improvements.
  • Configure Manatal features to optimise sourcing, screening, tracking, and reporting.
  • Integrate Manatal with existing HR and business tools where applicable.
  • Monitor system usage, performance metrics, and automation effectiveness.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members using Manatal.
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, automations, and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment automation trends and Manatal platform updates.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven 4+ years of experience in recruitment system(s)  automation and integration, ideally with Manatal ATS platform.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in Financial Services, FinTech, or fast-growing startups.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate process gaps into automation solutions.
  • Experience integrating HR systems and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
