1. Owner Relationship Management
- Act as the main liaison between apartment owners and the company
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with owners
- Proactively communicate updates, performance, and operational matters to owners
2. Owner Issue & Complaint Handling
- Receive, manage, and resolve owner inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Maintenance, Revenue, Finance) to ensure timely resolution
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
3. Service Quality & Satisfaction
- Monitor service delivery and ensure owner satisfaction levels are maintained
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes and service standards
- Support retention initiatives and contract renewals through strong service performance
4. Communication & Reporting
- Prepare regular updates and reports for owners regarding property performance and operations
- Maintain clear records of owner communications, requests, and resolutions
- Escalate critical issues to management when necessary with clear recommendations
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to align owner expectations with operational execution
- Support onboarding of new apartment owners and ensure smooth handover to operations
- Assist management with ad-hoc owner-related initiatives and projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in customer service, account management, or owner relations
- Experience working with apartment owners, landlords, or property stakeholders is highly preferred
