- Act as the primary contact for customers related to insurance policies and products while maintaining high professional and courteous communications at all times.
- Handle enquiries received via telephone, Line and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience.
- Develops and Maintains excellent interpersonal relationships with customers.
- Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames.
- Support Manager to review work process, identify and resolve process gaps through constructive feedback for continuous improvement where appropriate
- Support team in guidance and problem solving
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned when appropriate.
- Bachelor Degree in any field with 2- 3 years of Customer Service delivery/Sales experience
- Previous experience in a call centre handling Health insurance will be advantageous.
- A demonstrated track record of providing excellent service to people at all levels in a multicultural, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Suggestion, recommendation, Problem solving skills and Product knowledge
- Ability to work during weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to learn fast and proactively seek solutions while maintaining a calm disposition.
- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Being able to speak another language is a plus.
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required

About the role
We are seeking an Executive, Customer Service who will provide accurate products related information and ensure a high-quality customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment.
This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Customer Service.
