    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing data analytics to optimize processes and identify effective sourcing channels.
    • Analyze recruitment data using data analytics tools to extract insights, improve strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, personalize experiences, and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Support employer branding initiatives by analyzing data, developing content, and implementing strategies to attract and engage talent.
    • Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.
    • Generate reports on recruitment activities, KPIs, and talent acquisition metrics, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record with at least 8-10 years of professional background in recruitment with experience using data analytics to optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.
    • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, industry best practices, and familiarity with recruitment technology trends.
    • Excellent communication skill to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and effectively present data-driven insights.
    • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Able to effectively communicate and convey ideas in English with fluency and accuracy.
