Job Description:

• Advanced Requirements Analysis:
  •  Lead high-level engagements with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops and develop use cases, business process models, and requirement traceability matrices.
    
• Specialized Systems Design:
  • Design advanced systems architectures and detailed specifications tailored to complex business needs.
  • Develop data models, system diagrams, and integration frameworks for enterprise-level solutions.
  • Recommend technical architecture improvements based on in-depth evaluations.
• Solution Leadership:
  • Provide technical oversight throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural
    standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend advanced tools, platforms, or frameworks that support solution scalability and sustainability.
  • Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives.
    
• Implementation & Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee and guide comprehensive testing strategies including test case design, automation planning, and defect triage.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of systems by coordinating with change management, infrastructure, and development teams.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure performance meets specified outcomes.
• Expert Support & Training:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
  • Design and deliver expert-level training and mentoring sessions for technical teams and end-users.
  • Resolve escalated issues and provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
•  Strategic Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain and govern comprehensive technical and functional documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Generate executive-level reports on system performance, project status, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Continuous Innovation:
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains through systems and automation.
  • Champion best practices and standards across teams and projects.
    
    

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems analysis or enterprise systems design, with a focus on complex and large-scale environments.
• Proven track record within IT consulting or enterprise IT environments.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in systems analysis and enterprise design methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, systems integration, and modern application architectures.
  • Experience with tools and technologies such as SQL, Java, C#, API integrations, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
