    Senior marketing Executive (Sales) (35K–45K) (SDG-98933)เจ้าหน้าที่การตลาดอาวุโส (ฝ่ายขาย)Job responsibilities
    • Responsible for the assigned sales/marketing target and objectives attained for the whole Thailand region.
    • Responsible for handling and working with distributors, to attain sales/marketing targets and objectives for design win projects.
    • Implementing and executing plans to ensure marketing activities are carried out efficiently, by himself/herself and distributors.
    • Monitor the marketing activities by distributors are carried out effectively, and reported regularly.
    • Review and make changes to the marketing plans if necessary when targets or objectives are not achieved.
    • Prepare and conduct regular product training to distributors.
    • Coordinate and provide direction for meetings and private shows at the customers' locations.
    • Provide regular updates on industrial/market/customer situations.
    • Provide regular updates on competitors' situation.
    • Assess the strength, quality, and effectiveness of our distributors, and recommend changes, enhancements, and alternatives required.
    • Visit new customers and distributors on a regular basis by personal car ( 2-3 days and 5-6 clients a week in the Industrial area)
    • Submit weekly visit/activity plans
    • Submit weekly reports, on the activities done
    • Required to handle quality issues, highlighted by customers
    • Capable to work from home

    • รับผิดชอบเป้าหมายการขาย/การตลาดที่ได้รับมอบหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ให้บรรลุทั่วทั้งภูมิภาคประเทศไทย
    • รับผิดชอบในการจัดการและทํางานร่วมกับผู้จัดจําหน่าย เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย/การตลาด และวัตถุประสงค์สําหรับโครงการ
    • การดําเนินการและดําเนินการตามแผนเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมทางการตลาดดําเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
    • ติดตามกิจกรรมทางการตลาดของผู้จัดจําหน่ายให้ดําเนินไปอย่างมีประสิทธิผลและรายงานอย่างสม่ําเสมอ
    • ทบทวนและเปลี่ยนแปลงแผนการตลาดหากจําเป็นเมื่อไม่บรรลุเป้าหมายหรือวัตถุประสงค์
    • จัดเตรียมและดําเนินการฝึกอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับผู้จัดจําหน่ายเป็นประจํา
    • ประสานงานและกําหนดทิศทางการประชุมและการนําเสนอ ณ สถานที่ของลูกค้า
    • อัปเดตข้อมูลเป็นประจําเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ทางอุตสาหกรรม/ตลาด/ลูกค้า
    • อัปเดตข้อมูลสถานการณ์ของคู่แข่งอย่างสม่ําเสมอ
    • ประเมินคุณภาพ และประสิทธิผลของผู้จัดจําหน่าย และแนะนําการเปลี่ยนแปลง การปรับปรุง และทางเลือกอื่นที่จําเป็น
    • เข้าพบลูกค้าและผู้จัดจําหน่ายใหม่เป็นประจําด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว (2-3 วันต่อสัปดาห์กับลูกค้า 5-6 คนในเขตอุตสาหกรรม)
    • ส่งแผนการเข้าพบ/กิจกรรมรายสัปดาห์
    • ส่งรายงานประจําสัปดาห์เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่ทํา
    • จัดการปัญหาด้านคุณภาพที่ลูกค้าร้องเรียน
    • WFH ได้
    • งานอื่นๆ จะได้รับมอบหมายNecessary Skill / Experience - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age years old- Bachelor's degree
    • Degree in Electronics Engineering or Sales/Marketing concentration
    • At least 3- 5 years of related experience, in sales/marketing roles in Electronics Components/Automotive Parts/Plastic/Metal/Press/Air Conditioner Parts Industry
    •Business level of English ( With Singapore )
    • Travel both domestic and international.
    • Owned Car Details
    • Computer skill in Microsoft Office software
    • Clear and intelligible oral and written communication abilities.
    • Exhibits characteristics such as tenacity, courtesy, perseverance, and detail orientation.
    • Effective organizational skills. Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.
    • Performs all responsibilities and tasks at a fully satisfactory level.
    • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.Preferable Skill/ Experience
    • Candidate from the automotive parts industry

    • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ในตําแหน่งการขาย/การตลาดในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์/ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์/พลาสติก/โลหะ/เครื่องพิมพ์/ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องปรับอากาศ
    • ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (ติดต่อกับทางประเทศสิงคโปร์)
    • เดินทางได้ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
    • มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวรายละเอียด
    • มีทักษะ Microsoft Office
    • มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารทั้งการพูดและการเขียนที่ดี
    • มีคุณลักษณะที่ดี เช่น มีความอดทน ความสุภาพ ความอุตสาหะ และละเอียดรอบคอบ
    • ทักษะการบริหารจัดการองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ จําเป็นต้องมีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี การกํากับดูแล และการบริการลูกค้า
    • ปฏิบัติหน้าที่และรับผิดชอบงานทั้งหมดอย่างเต็มที่ให้ดี
    • ความสามารถในการทํางานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันในเวลาเดียวกัน ภายใต้ความกดดัน และตรงตามเวลาที่กําหนดทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ
