- Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences are delivered consistently.
- Manage and lead a team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient buffet setups, inventory control, and timely replenishment of dishes.
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve financial targets, including cost control and revenue maximization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Thai nationality with proficiency in Chinese and English.
- 2-3 years of experience managing buffet restaurants, preferably in a five-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-capacity restaurants and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in staff training, performance management, and creating a positive team culture.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and buffet restaurant operations.
