    • Develop and execute all category strategies to meet business goals.
    • Manage marketing plans for each product and for customer part.
    • Create marketing communication plans and design content pillars aligned with brand positioning.
    • Enhance brand image through consistent messaging across all channels.
    • Collaborate with PR team for media placements to boost category awareness.
    • Maintain strong online presence across various digital channels.
    • Establish partnerships and sponsorships for increased exposure.
    • Develop customer relationship programs to enhance retention and visits.
    • Conduct market research, monitor trends, and analyze competitors.
    • Track key performance indicators to assess campaign success.
    • Manage budget effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful campaign launches.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Master's degree is preferred.
    • Proven Beauty / Luxury brand marketing experience with successful campaigns.
    • Excellent English proficiency.
    • Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and trends.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Creative thinker adept at developing innovative strategies.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Detail-oriented with proficiency in marketing analytics and digital tools.
    • Be able to travel and work flexible hours.
