    Reporting to: Executive HR Manager, Asia

    Location: Bangkok Office, Thailand, Hybrid Working Model

    Travel Frequency: less than 10%

    General Responsibilities

    • Administer Employee Benefit Programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness for all Asia countries. Keep tracking of market trend on total rewards by taking part in market surveys. Manage employee insurance, including but not limited to coordination renewal, answering employee enquiries, coordination between vendors and employees etc..
    • Process payroll of assigned countries timely and accurately. Answer employees' queries, management of payroll vendors and service providers, ensuring changes to employees, local laws and regulations are properly documented and captured in payroll.
    • Check the documents uploaded by payroll vendors in the designated system (CGC) and ensure all the supporting documents and proof of evidence are properly uploaded in timely manner.
    • Ensure payroll & benefits are compliant with local regulations. Provide payroll and benefits related documents and data for assigned countries upon audits.
    • Manage onboaring and offboarding, coordinate and follow up with internal process owners and external vendors to complete all necessary steps, including onboarding trainings and exit processes etc..
    • Maintain leave record and manage attandence tracking system, ensure all leaves are compliant with local requlations and properly communicated, recorded and processed, if applicable.
    • Manage HR vendors, e.g. payroll agencies, insurance companies and other service providers , including contract renewal, vendor performance review and management, etc., ensuring vendors' performance meet company's expectation.
    • Support transition of foreign employees, monitor, advice and manage immigration related documents and processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Maintain employee records, e.g. onboarding /offboarding documents, data changes for employee transfer, termination, promotion/demotion, etc., ensure the changes are properly reflected in payroll or benefits. Properly track and maintain personal data changes, compensation records, employment contracts and related employee documentation and keep proper e-files in designated internal system.
    • Check employee data in headcount report and payroll system on regular basis to make sure proper entry and timely maintenance of employee records. . Coordinate with HRBP and HQ HR to ensure data integrity.
    • Timely submit regular reports, provide ad hoc reports or data analysis as requested. Provide statutory required reports, ensure compliance with labor laws in respective countries.
    • Ensure Employee Handbooks of assigned countries are up to date, comply to local laws/regulations.
    • Lead employee relations and wellness programs in Thailand, monitor and coordinate for the whole Asia.
    • Support recruitment of assigned positions in Thailand; coordinate training and other HR initiatives to staff based in Thailand; raise request for HR related payments. Participate in assigned projects or initiatives and complete according to established time line and objectives.
    • Support other ad hoc tasks or initiatives assigned by Manager.

    Key Knowledge/Skills/ Experience Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 6-10 years of human resource experience in multinational corporation.
    • Proven understanding of labor and employment laws of Asia countries, hands-on experience with Thailand labor related regulations and government authorities
    • Hands-on experience in payroll, compensation and benefits administration is must, experience with multiple Asia countries is a plus.
    • Good sense to data and numbers, attention to detail and demonstrated aptitude for compiling data, reports and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain HR programs, policies and procedures.
    • Strong problem solving and multiple task skills.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality and self-driven. Willing to expand and grow in multiple HR areas.
    • Fluent in Thai (native level).
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
