Setting up PCs, installing IT devices, and handling workstation relocations within the office
Configuring and maintaining network systems
Performing in-house server setup and basic troubleshooting
Installing SSL certificates on company servers
Managing UPS battery replacements
Responding to IT-related inquiries from internal (primarily Japanese) staff
Coordinating with and supporting affiliated companies
Organizing and managing office supplies and storage areas
Supporting other tasks as assigned
Male or Female, aged
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) both written and spoken
Good knowledge of Windows OS, PCs, and server systems
Understanding of internal LAN, firewalls, and general network infrastructure
Strong communication skills able to clearly understand requests and provide effective solutions
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
