    HIRING POSITION: I.T. BUSINESS PARTNER

    WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE & HYBRID

    LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

    PAY RATE: THB TO THB 150000

    Our client is a leader of trades in petroleum products, gas products, and supplies and equipment for oil service stations, consumable products, and transportation in Thailand.

    The company also manages petrol stations. It also engages in food and beverages business; operates convenience stores under its own brand portfolio.



    Furthermore, the company engages in oil transportation, transportation liquid products, management system, health product development, and digital currency exchange and digital assets seller and foreign currency exchange business. It also offers support services, electronic financial services, money transfer services, payment facilitating services, bill payment services, and goods logistics services, including passenger transportation, as well as engages in car service and car repair business.


    IT Business Partner

    Overview:

    IT Business Partner is the liaison between the Business-Unit and technical team to ensure the proper solutions are developed and delivered according to the business needs. Require broad range of business acumen, technical knowledge and project management skills. Serves as an IT Ambassador and works closely with Business-Unit to facilitate any initiative, operational improvement and technical Advisory related to IT aspect. Also acts independently or as a member of a BUs IT projects team, responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application on various systems.

    Responsibilities:

    Advise and Define BU needs by assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential business solutions.

    Analyzes technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc. Also analyzes system impacts to other systems and procedures. Provides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology accordingly.

    Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization (feasibility, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis)

    Develop plan and approach for requirement analysis and design phase

    Understand, analyze, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes

    Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solution or work around

    Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc.

    Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties e.g., development team, test team, and infrastructure team

    Perform functional testing, when assigned

    Manage requirements throughout the life cycle

    Manage functional issue(s) and risk(s)

    Develop plan and approach for business deployment including training

    Develop training materials and conduct the training

    In Small project can be workable as a PM to ensure project deliveries are done on time.

    Supervise and coach subordinate(s)

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 3-year experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst

    Background in Retail, Supply Chain, F&B, Banking and Financial Services business is an advantage

    Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solution

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, or testers

    Driver, committed, result-oriented

    Have SQL & Technical background.

    Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
