Job Description

Ensuring that both customers and internal staff meet global standards to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and overall satisfaction.

Conducting technical training, managing training documentation, delivering assessment programs, and supporting various training-related services.

Maintaining equipment, creating training materials, offering consultation services, and providing mentoring to new trainers.

Collaboration with internal departments and participation in relevant projects are also part of the role. The Successful Applicant

Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field such as food processing

Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is advantageous

Understanding of mechatronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering principles

Passionate to be a trainer

Good communication and interpersonal skills
