- Manage a team to achieve KPIs and drive business growth.
- Lead the development of joint business plans and conduct regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Plan promotional campaigns and coordinate their execution with external partners.
- Negotiate platform barters for package and onsite visibility.
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce tasks for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, fulfillment services, marketing, finance, etc.) to resolve issues impacting brand performance across all platforms.
- Conduct regular report and analysis of sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel data.
- 5 years of experience in e-commerce enablement.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce enablement, internet startups, or renowned international brands in FMCG is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok is an asset, depending on the role level.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Balancing team goals and individual brand growth: Requires strong leadership to meet overall KPIs while driving specific success for each brand.
- Cross-functional collaboration for brand success: Reliant on effective coordination with operations, marketing, etc., to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Adapting to the dynamic e-commerce environment: Needs continuous learning to keep up with platform changes and evolving consumer behavior.
- Securing impactful platform visibility: Demands strong negotiation skills for effective barters and onsite placements.
