Job brief
The
Business Development Executive
supports the growth of Savills Thailands Property Management business across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role focuses on prospect research, preparing proposals, supporting client relationship activities, coordinating contract renewals, and maintaining accurate CRM data. The position works closely with senior BD and Operations teams to execute business development plans, gather market insights, and strengthen client retention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on potential clients and property management opportunities.
- Assist in building and maintaining a prospect pipeline through calls, networking, and follow-up communications.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting briefs, and assist in negotiations where appropriate.
- Support relationship management with developers and key clients under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct periodic check-ins with existing clients to gather feedback and ensure service expectations are met.
- Track contract renewal timelines and coordinate documentation for renewals.
- Prepare and update documents including Master Service Agreements, Schedules of Services, and Statements of Work.
- Coordinate contract billing setup, billing reconciliation, and related inquiries.
- Attend industry events, association meetings, and conferences as assigned, and compile market updates.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, upcoming projects, and trends.
- Provide data and insights to support new service development and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Conduct cold calls, prospect outreach, and networking activities to support the sales pipeline.
- Conduct basic SWOT and competitor research to identify market opportunities.
- Participate in site inspections and prepare initial assessment reports (operational/accounting/technical observations).
- Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure all activities are updated in the CRM system.
- Track sales KPIs, monitor account activities, and support deal‑closing processes.
- Assist in forecasting and reporting for the BD team.
Requirements
- Thai Nationality
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or related functions (real estate/ property management preferred but not required)
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Basic understanding of the local property market; willingness to learn and grow
- Good presentation and negotiation skills in both Thai and English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
