    คำอธิบาย

    Job Description

    • Oversee the technical aspects of the project, including architecture design, code review, and technical debt management.
    • Collaborate with product owners, QA engineer, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
    • Lead, monitor, and supervise a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
    • Work with an agile team to develop, test and maintain applications and services in accordance with established standards.
    • Motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications while delivering solutions/features on-time.
    • Design and implement end-to-end system structure and solution to support business needs
    • Establish appropriate infrastructure for each applications/services
    • Participate in Agile events eg, Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective etc.
    • Preparing reports, manuals and other documents to support operations
    • Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
    • Analyze bottlenecks and resolve technical application problems
    • Cooperate with customer support, operation and marketing teams to support end-users

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or IT related field.
    • At least 6 years of experience in software development, where at least 1 years in a leadership role is a plus
    • Maximum 35 years of age
    • At least 4 years of experiences in the following technologies: , MongoDB, GCP or AWS, Message queue (RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, Kafka), System Architecture, Highly-scalable system development.
    • Very strong understand of programming concepts and technical leadership.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
