General Manager (Bespoke Group / Kana Wellness)

Bespoke Group (Kana Wellness) is one of Thailand's leading fully legalized full-value-chain cannabis and wellness operators, covering the entire value chain from cultivation, extraction, laboratories, product development, clinics, dispensaries, and retail stores across the country.

Role Overview:

The General Manager will oversee end-to-end operations across all Bespoke/Kana business units. This role focuses strongly on retail excellence, aggressive scaling, supply chain optimization, e-commerce integration, and commercial performance.

We are looking for a young, energetic, business-savvy leader (preferably under 35) who can drive sales, push the team, optimize P&L, manage back-office functions, and execute rapid expansion of dispensaries and wellness stores nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations & Store Management

  • Lead and scale retail storefront operations, ensuring high service standards, productivity, and consistent customer experience across all locations.
  • Oversee the rollout and success of dispensaries, clinics, wellness centers, and retail outlets with a strong focus on manpower planning and operational excellence. Experience in successful retail operations is key.
  • Identify, assess, and secure new store locations to support rapid expansion nationwide.
  • Drive daily store KPIs including sales, profitability, service excellence, and operational compliance.

Business Strategy, Sales & Growth

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue, cross-selling, customer retention, and omnichannel performance.
  • Push sales culture, motivate teams, and set aggressive yet achievable targets.
  • Build a strong brand presence aligned with the company's growth strategy and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on cannabis industry trends and consumer behavior to drive product, retail, and marketing innovation.

Supply Chain, E-Commerce & Product Development

  • Oversee the full supply chain, from cultivation and production to distribution and in-store operations.
  • Strengthen logistics, inventory accuracy, and stock movement efficiency across all business units.
  • Collaborate with the product and R&D teams to develop new product lines, including extracts, cannabis goods, THC/CBD supplements, and Thai herbal wellness categories.
  • Work closely with marketing to expand e-commerce and omnichannel sales.

Compliance, Government Relations & Licensing

  • Maintain rigorous compliance with the Ministry of Public Health, FDA, DTAM, DEA, and all regulatory bodies.
  • Manage licensing, documentation, and operational permits across the value chain.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and government agencies to ensure full and ongoing legal alignment.

Leadership, Back-Office Management & P&L Oversight

  • Lead cross-functional teams across cultivation, labs, retail, wellness, logistics, and HQ functions.
  • Ensure high-performance culture with strong coaching, discipline, and team motivation.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, accounting fundamentals, cost control, resource allocation, and ROI-driven decisions.
  • Develop SOPs across all business units to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Create a culture of succession planning.

Corporate Responsibilities

  • Prepare strategic plans, operational policies, and improvement initiatives for management and board review.
  • Represent the organization in internal or affiliated meetings as required.
  • Monitor economic, operational, and competitor performance to ensure the company stays ahead of market changes.

Qualifications:

  • Young, high-potential leadership talent — ideally under 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in successful retail management, storefront operations and storefront expansion.
  • Track record in driving strong bricks-and-mortar retail and storefront operations in development, sales and impactful store look and feel; in addition, a track record in driving successful omnichannel sales performance.
  • Track record of driving sales, improving store KPIs, and scaling retail operations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, store operations, manpower, merchandising, and e-commerce.
  • Understanding of P&L, budgeting, cost management, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with cannabis regulations is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and push teams to deliver results.
  • All nationalities are welcome; proficiency in English required, Thai language a strong advantage.
  • Able to travel frequently to visit stores and operational sites nationwide.
