Job summary
วางแผนการขาย วางกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายห้องพัก / ห้องจัดเลี้ยง วิเคราะห์ตลาด คู่แข่ง และแนวโน้มการท่องเที่ยว บริหารลูกค้า หาลูกค้าใหม่ (ทั้งลูกค้าองค์กร, เอเจนซี่, บริษัททัวร์ ฯลฯ) รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเก่า (Key Account) นำเสนอแพ็คเกจ/โปรโมชั่น และเจรจาต่อรองราคา ติดตามยอดขายและรายงานผล ทำรายงานยอดขาย ประเมินผลเทียบกับเป้า ปรับกลยุทธ์ตามสถานการณ์ตลาด ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายอื่น ๆ ประสานกับแผนก Front Office, F&B , Housekeeping เป็นต้น จัดเตรียมเอกสาร เช่น สัญญา, Quotation, ใบเสนอราคา ออกตลาด/ไปพบลูกค้า (Sales Call/Visit) ไปเสนอขายกับลูกค้าถึงบริษัท
