    The Electronics, Packaging and Components (EPC) Group brings together the ICOS, Orbotech and SPTS businesses to target growth opportunities in new and expanding end markets and extends KLA's leadership in systems and services across the semiconductor and microelectronics value chain.     Job Description

    Support and maintenance of CAM and Engineering software service, based on customer requirements and company business requirements , to achieve company goals . To lead and complete CAM and Engineering software projects.
    • Learn and practice all company internal systems, internal process and procedures particularly Customer Support service and system guidelines, process and procedures.
    • Provide specific product demonstrations relating to software on all aspects of highly complex products to customers and assess potential applications to meet customer needs
    • Participate in the sales support demonstration and presentation as required.
    • Carry out professional on-site or remote support activities and close service calls effectively and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and standards.
    • Timely escalation of issues and problems according to company standards and guidelines.
    • Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
    • Prepare quality documentation as required by the company standard and guideline.
    • Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.


    Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5-years PCB MI/ CAM design experience and maintenance experienc
    • Preferably familiar with KLA Frontline software products, such as InPlan/InFlow / Genesis2000/InCAM Pr
    • Excellent PCB CAM maintenance knowledge or experience.
    • Good interpersonal skill and proven record of a team player.
    • Good trouble shooting skill.
    • Good presentation skill.
    • Customer oriented and excellent customer handling skill.
    • Knowledge on computer technology, Network and Linux.
    • Willingness of travel
