  • Responsible for full P&L of Sales Department including traditional direct sales team, retails sales team at department store (Central Department) and B2B sales team with 130 employee and over 150 independent sales advisors with sales revenue 170 M THB/year.
  • Responsible for full P&L of Service Department including Service Contract Sales, Service Spare Parts Sales and Service Operations team with 160 service employee estimated value 140 M THB/year.
  • In charge of Media & Digital platform of Alva brand and oversee both online and offline media, while also connecting all these with a full funnel approach with other areas and channels of the business.
  • Lead the approach on all digital assets (websites, apps, social pages with brand team), concentrating on their performance effectiveness and boosting conversion from our digital platforms. 
  • Initiate for new sales channels through online to get lead name and close sales by physical sales team, generating sales through online channels as eCommerce, Shopee with the sales result increasing over 400% within 6 months from online promotion campaign during Mar – Aug 2021.
  • Provides direction and support to the business in executing corporate objectives/ initiatives (i.e., Sale Target, Productivity, Customer Relationship, Operations Expenses etc.)
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for service activities that align with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
  • Implementing for product planning and execute new product launch with product management team.
  • Identify training needs for managers, supervisors, technicians, sales and admin staffs in order to fulfil business plan in each area of discipline and responsible for customer satisfaction, data management and service quality.

  • To be accountable for Sales Revenue over 550 M THB/year., Contribution Margins for Traction battery brand “GS Yuasa” for domestic and implement of strategic sales plans, including sales channel development in Forklift partners, Traders, and end users.

       Worked as Senior Marketing Supervisor (Water Purifier, Air Purifier category)

  • To execute and implement the Durable product portfolio sales managed 43% growth in total business during last four years (2009 to 2013).
  • To raise up the bar for sales record in Thailand with “eSpring” water purifier system and “Atmosphere” air treatment system become the number one selling brand in Thailand 3 years continuously from 2011.
  • To be responsible for the durable product portfolio “eSpring” water purifier system and “Atmosphere” air treatment system in term of sales, budgets, profits, marketing activities and work as Liaison with Global marketing team at headquarter in the United States of America. 
  • Managing overall marketing and strategic planning, analyzing the market potential and profitability of durable products, implementing strategies through market research, product development, advertising, and sales promotion programs.
  • Developing and implementing marketing event plan for products. Manage and control finances to do marketing event for product rally, roadshows, and exhibition i.e., Baan&Suan fair in 2011, Product Exhibition in Amway Expo at Impact from 2010 - 2014, etc.
  • Initiate and implement new financing options with leading banks for installment program with Amway products including 0% installment for promotion.

         Worked as Technical Support Engineer (Mobile phone product).  

  • Perform daily technician support task including helping service team to resolve technical issues, explaining usage, debugging failures, pinpointing problems, implementing workarounds, increasing performance, and determining root causes
  • Documenting all support and quality issue details for all relevant parties, contribute, maintain, and improve knowledge base articles, training materials, and other repositories of information.
  • Work cooperatively with team members to arrive at issue resolution as per Service Level Agreement before escalating to engineering team at factory.
  • To co-operate between Head quarter at Korea, Singapore, and all service centers in Thailand.
  • Initiative the Goods Return product process and worked with service, finance, and inventory team to control quality monitoring and defect rate ratio on the KPI target. 
  • To monitor and control KPI such as Turn around time, repeat Repair Ratio, and on time repairing Ratio.
