- Manage all company molds to ensure they are in a ready-to-produce condition
- Identify and implement improvements to molds to optimize production
- Troubleshoot and repair defective molds
- Develop and implement mold testing plans for new molds and inserts
- Manage the mold preventive maintenance schedule
- Train and mentor junior technicians on mold repair and maintenance procedures
- Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 quality standards
- Implement environmental and energy-saving policies
- Read and interpret mold drawings and plastic part drawings
- Design and develop innovative tools and fixtures to improve efficiency
- Provide production training to employees
- Maintain a safe and 5S compliant work area
Experience Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the plastics industry, with a strong focus on injection molding and mold maintenance
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mold issues
- Experience with Auto CAD and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
