- To support Sales System: Key-in information, update and maintain PCS/LEC sales, PCS/LEC information, All LIXIL products information and upload products data in sales force system and PSP-Gen
- Prepare quotations according to PCS/LEC, specification, and PCS/ LEC sales team assignment.
- Product Specification, Technical Product Information and Dimension Drawing Document
Preparation for PCS/LEC sales team. - Sample Management:
- Prepare and control sample stock at LEC and other locations.
- Coordinate with both AIA office, all warehouses and LEC showroom for sample management to submit to PCS projects.
- Manage and control sample documents from LEC showroom and sales people.
- Support PCS/LEC sales team in moving product samples and also coordinate with outsource transportation for delivery to PCS project customers. - Pick-up customer calls and transfer to each responsible person.
- Retrieve summary Invoice and OOH shipment report (SAP)
- Prepare Necessary documents for Order confirmation and Invoice for collection purposes
- Prepare respective documents with support necessary paperwork and bi-weekly consolidate
and report ETA as per imported plan from SOIP and Pending order report with CS department. - Be able to provide the ETA of the shipment based on the GI date, shipping point and shipping
condition
- Summary Weekly basis of outstanding OOH and total delivery plan
- Support data with delivery date for OTIF performance analysis
- Delivery tracking / Coordinate with origin/local logistic partners - Product guarantee and claim process, short/over shipment, CSR Claim coordination with (CCC)
LIXIL Care Team. - Providing stock available reports from all warehouses & information from Category manager for PCS/LEC Project request.
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- At least 3 years working experiences in Sales support, Sales planning or Supply Chain function
- Good analytical and logical thinking
- Positive attitudes and communication
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
