Job summary
Manage domestic sales by customer segments: External Sales: Authorized distributors within assigned territories (Thailand and Laos) Internal Sales: Sales to AISIN group companies within Thailand Consolidate and follow up customer orders to achieve assigned sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and work closely with internal departments to support sales activities Conduct regular meetings with distributors to review market conditions, sales performance, customer needs, issues, and jointly develop action plans Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotional activities and with the Logistics team to ensure timely product delivery Collect and share product feedback, market issues, and customer insights with relevant departments to support product service improvement Track sales performance inventory levels product distribution including new products identify sales opportunities Analyze order patterns distribution ratios prepare reports insights recommendations for management Support related departments in applying sale analysis improve sale strategies marketing activities Develop manage sale team setting targets coaching performance evaluation Participate training development planning collaboration HR Establish performance monitoring systems motivate engagement promote data technology work processes Provide guidance supervision subordinates related team members Report operational risks analysis management Perform other duties participate company activities as.
