- Collaborate closely with the Telesales team to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of Telesales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends to suggest improvements for Telesales IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) essential for our diverse workplace.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to Telesales operations.
