    Position Description

    The Junior Accountant is assisting the Finance Manager in Thailand and managing the accounting operations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local financial regulations, and implementing effective accounting processes and controls.

    • General Accounting

    day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger management, bank reconciliations, and purchase order management. Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies and procedures.

    • Financial Reporting

    Assist in month-end reporting activities, including profit & loss statements, balance sheet statements.

    • Compliance and Auditing

    Maintain adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards. Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits and assist in implementing audit recommendations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    • 2+ years experience in accounting/ bookkeeping/ tax field is preferred
    • Good command in both English and Thai
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
    • Knowledge of accounting software system Xero is an advantage

    • Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Invoicing & Billing Management
    • Account Payable/ Receivable Management
    • Process Payments
    • Petty Cash and Expense Claim Management
    • Purchase Order Management
    • Record Intercompany transactions
    • Prepare Bank Reconciliations
    • Submit Tax PND.3 53
    • Prepare Profit & Loss Statement
    • Assist in Tax Reporting
    • Process Accruals & Prepayments
