คำอธิบาย
The Position
This position will directly report to Finance & Operation Director and HR Director.
In this role, you will support Finance and HR teams for in-unit quality processes including administration, coordination, and arrangement of various activities in collaboration with cross-function stakeholders to ensure the highest standard of implementation.
Proactively supporting the affiliate with other administrative tasks, ideas, and process improvements and work according to local law, PReMA code of practice, Company Values (Novo Nordisk Way), Business Ethics, and Compliance Framework, and other Novo Nordisk policies and guidance.
Support in onboarding, training coordination, and administration as well as Participating in update meetings and contributing to process improvements
Conduction of written and oral translations Thai-English-Thai
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Higher in business administration, finance, accounting, or related fields
- 3 years of related experience
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Fluent in Thai with good English communication
