Job Title: Presales Consultant (CRM Solutions)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid)
Position Overview
We are seeking a capable and motivated Presales Consultant to support our CRM solution portfolio. This role is responsible for bridging business requirements and technical capabilities, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring solution alignment with customer expectations.
The role will support the sales cycle by assisting in requirement analysis, solution preparation, product demonstrations, and proposal development. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution capabilities.
Lastly, whoever wants to challenge into the Generative AI area, we will give this learning opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate CRM solutions
- Design solution concepts and prepare professional proposal materials
- Deliver structured product demonstrations tailored to client use cases
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and ensure compliance with technical and business requirements
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle
- Support project handover and participate in requirement clarification sessions
This role will contribute to enterprise CRM, Omnichannel, and Contact Center initiatives across multiple industries.
Qualifications
Product Knowledge
- 3–5 years of experience in Presales, Business Analyst, System Analyst, CRM implementation, or Solution Consulting roles
- Basic knowledge of CRM, PBX, AI solutions is plus.
- Experience supporting proposal development or RFP submission is plus.
- Understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, Cloud, Data flow)
Personal Skill set
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Good communication skills in Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Healthy and good attendance toward the working environment
