    Job Purposes

    Control overall operations in term of tenant relation, including building and maintaining relationship with tenants following property management strategies to advance retail revenue, profitability, operations, and sustainability

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Control liaison between tenants and tenant relation team to assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management
    • Build and maintain closer relationship between tenants and tenant relation team to ensure effective relation and support business goals
    • Provide important information to the tenants on all operational matters to align with standards of products and services, and support business operations effectively
    • Provide advice to tenants on relevant topics such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies and services to ensure and support effective operations and create alignment
    • Control analysis of tenant satisfaction surveys to improve operations and identify ways to support tenants appropriately
    • Take care and advise tenant relation officers to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
    • Have great understanding in business administration and property management
    • Have strong communication skills
    • Have good human relations
    • Have good computer skills
    • Be able to coordinate
