- Created and implemented channel development strategies that enhanced business growth and gain market share in their channel.
- Manage all key customers in their channel to implement align with channel strategy.
- Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer
- Cooperation among other functional team (e.g. Trade Marketing, Marketing, S&OE to drive sales growth and gain in market share.
- Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control in their channel.
- Ensure and monitor the in store execution speed to market on promotion/ activities, POSM, All visibilities, new listing at point of sales align to marketing plan, account plan and timeline.
- Responsible for total channel sales forecast base on sales target KPI
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing team to forecast quantity of POSM, NPD sample, NPD pipeline, promotion quota of total channel.
- Monitor and analysis business situation in their channel with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time.
- Bachelor's or Master degree of any field
- 5-8 years experiences in modern trade sales
- Having experiences in FMCG business would be preferable
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
- Maintains a positive attitude despite rejection, challenges, or setbacks.
- Perseveres through difficult negotiations, ensuring long-term success.
- Understands the financial impact of sales decisions on business profitability and growth.
- Computer literacy excel in Pivot, V loop Up and MS Office
- Have driving license
